1. How to open a real trading account?
1. Admiral Markets Ltd real trading account can be easily
opened in Trader's Room
in 5 minutes by registering and accepting an e-agreement. After finishing
the registration process, your personal Trader's Room profile will be
created. With Trader's Room you can open real or demo trading accounts,
choose credit leverage and deposit currency, manage money operations,
register to various trading contests, become a member of Admiral Club™ and
order your prizes.
2. The next step will be opening a real trading account in the
“Account Management” section of your Trader’s Room. Please select the “Open
private account” option from the right menu and fill in the online form. You
will receive your unique login & password details for your real trading
account. Simply download the MetaTrader 4 trading terminal in the “Software”
section of your Trader’s Room or from our
website,
install it on your PC, run the terminal and enter your login data in order
to begin trading in the global financial markets.
3. You can deposit funds to your real account by bank transfer,
by credit card (VISA/MasterCard) or by e-money. Please navigate to the
“Money Operations” section of your Trader’s Room for further details. The
funds withdrawal process is also easily carried out in Trader’s Room.
Please note: if you open and manage your trading account from the Trader's Room, there is no necessity to sign any paper contracts or fill in withdrawal forms, because for our customers' convenience all ordinary operations are fully automated and easily performed from your Trader's Room profile.
2. Depositing funds to your trading account by credit
card (VISA or MasterCard)
- In order to deposit funds, please fill in the online form in
Trader’s Room (“Money Operations”
section). Minimum transaction size is $ 1.
- Please be advised to keep your anti-virus software up-to-date and check
your computer for viruses before using online payment systems. In the event
you have noticed any pop-up windows that ask you for credit card's data,
please quit the procedure and promptly contact AML Technical Support.
3. Depositing funds to your trading account by
e-money (Liberty Reserve, Pecunix, Perfect Money)
- In order to deposit funds by Liberty Reserve, Pecunix or Perfect Money,
please fill in the online form in
Trader’s Room (“Money Operations” section). Transaction fee charged by
the e-money processing service provider for deposits by Liberty Reserve,
Pecunix or Perfect Money is 3%. Minimum transaction size is $ 1.
- The exchange rates of e-currency nominated in US dollars and exchange
rates of cash US dollars can essentially differ. Therefore the sum which
will be withdrawn from your e-money purse can differ from the sum specified
for transfer to your trading account and the sum of transaction fee.
Official rates for e-currencies are published on websites of corresponding
payment systems or displayed after logging in to your purse. Please draw
attention to the sum you confirm to withdraw from your e-money purse.
- Please draw attention to the exchange rates for converting Liberty
Reserve, Pecunix and Perfect Money e-currency units to cash US dollars. All
transfers to trading accounts will be processed using the base USD currency.
In case you fund your trading account in EUR (Euros), some additional
exchange operations could be performed and the chain of transactions may be
the following: Liberty Reserve, Pecunix or Perfect Money -> USD -> EUR,
therefore you may bear additional expenses.
- Please notice, that after funding your account by e-money you will be
able to withdraw funds exclusively by bank. Electronic systems such as
Liberty Reserve, Pecunix or Perfect Money will not be available for making
withdrawal requests.
- Please be advised to keep your anti-virus software up-to-date and check

4. How to transfer money from one trading account to
another?
- In order to transfer money from one trading account to another please
use the Internal Transfer Form available in your
Trader's Room (“Money
Operations” section).
- You can transfer funds even if the base currency is not the same on two
accounts, if these account are attached to the same Trader's Room profile
and you are a holder of these accounts.
- If the base currency of two account is the same, the commission for
funds transfer is 0%.
- If the base currency of two account is not the same, the commission for
currency exchange will be 1% of the Forex market rate.
5. What is the size of minimum deposit?
In order to activate your account for trading, any sum of money should be
deposited to your account (in EUR or USD).
In order to open market transactions of minimum volume (starting from 0.01 Lots)
you will need approximately 10-50 USD, depending on the trading instrument and
the credit leverage of your account.
The margin (minimum sum of free funds available on your account) which is
required to open 1.0 Lot transaction in different instruments with the standard
1:100 leverage is indicated in this table. Click
on any instrument to see further details. If you hold two hedged positions of
the same volume simultaneously (for example, one Sell 1.0 Lot position and one
Buy 1.0 Lot position in EUR/USD currency pair), only the hedged margin will be
required (it is usually equal to 50% of the standard margin).
6. Depositing funds to your trading account by wire
transfer in US dollars (USD) or Euro (EUR)
We accept wire transfers (bank payments) in US
dollars (USD) or Euro (EUR). We do not charge any transaction fees for
depositing funds to your real trading account. Please notice, that your bank may
charge a fee for an international transfer. The funds withdrawal process is also
easily carried out by a transfer to the customer’s bank account.
In order to deposit funds by wire transfer please fill in the online form in
Trader’s Room (“Money Operations” section). Then transfer funds from your
private bank account to Admiral Markets Ltd. bank account using the bank details
that you will receive in your Trader's Room. Please note, that your bank may
charge a commission for international transfers which depends on the chain of
intermediary banks.
If you will experience some problems with your wire transfer or if the money
will not reach your trading account in 3-5 days, please contact us via e-mail or
phone.
7. Withdrawing funds from your trading account by wire
transfer
In order to withdraw funds by wire transfer please fill in the online form in
Trader’s Room (“Money Operations” section). Our commission for
withdrawing funds from a trading account is 5 USD for clients with bank accounts
opened in SEB Bank Group (branches
in many countries of Western and Eastern Europe as well as in USA, opening an
account is free). For accounts opened in other banks the commission will be 25
USD.
Wire transfers can take from 1 to 5 working days. If your bank account is opened
in SEB Bank Group, the transfers will be conducted faster. When withdrawing
funds please make sure that there is enough free money (Free Margin) available
on your trading account.

not reach your bank account in 3-5 days, please contact us via e-mail or phone.
8. I want to change the base currency of my account
from USD to EUR. What should I do?
You can open a new trading account in your
Trader’s Room and choose its base currency in the account opening form.
Then you can simply use the Internal Transfer Form available in your Trader's Room (“Money
Operations” section) in order to transfer funds from your old account to
your new account with another currency.
9. I want to change the leverage of my account from
1:100 to 1:200. What should I do?
If your account's Equity is below $5'000, you can select the 1:200 credit
leverage in your trading account's options that can be modified from your
Trader’s Room ("Account Management" section).
